codeIgniter 설치하고 나면 application, system, .htaccess, index.php ... 등이 생성된다
이중에 index.php 에서 codeIgniter 개발환경 관련 세팅 할 수 있다.
우선 기본값은 다음과 같이 development이고,
Error Report를 모두 보여주도록 되어있다.

이때 로컬에서 개발할 때 Notice를 제외한 에러를 보면서 테스트하고 싶을 경우를 세팅할 경우
ENVIRONMENT를 testing 으로 변경하고
Error Report를 E_ERROR | E_WARNING | E_PARSE 로 바꿔보자.
